The AFCEA North Carolina Chapter brings together national security, technology, and innovation leaders across the state, with a strong operational presence supporting missions at Fort Bragg and North Carolina. Our membership includes active duty military, government civilians, industry partners, and leading academic institutions - all aligned around advancing national security through technology.
Our mission is to provide a trusted, ethical forum where government, industry, and academia connect to solve complex challenges - and to invest in the next generation of STEM leaders who will carry that mission forward.
We deliver year-round engagement through monthly luncheons, training sessions, networking events, and community initiatives. Our flagship Innovation Summit convenes thought leaders and practitioners to explore emerging technologies, mission needs, and real-world applications impacting today’s national security environment.
Proceeds from our events directly support our Education Fund, which fuels our STEM outreach across North Carolina. Through this program, we provide scholarships to high school and college students, grants to K–12 educators, and support to ROTC programs across the state.
AFCEA NC is proud to say that in 2025, this chapter contributed over $95,000 to STEM grants, scholarships and ROTC programs , empowering students, supporting teachers, and strengthening next generation of innovators.
